shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom don't worry if child is having fever tjen u can give Paracetamol as per the weight of the baby u can give crocin if fever is mild and if it is very high u ca give meftal p and do water bandages on forehead hands fert and consult with your doctor
