Q.

#AskTheExpert In recent reports my AFI shows 7.4 at 35 weeks and placenta at grade 3. The doctor conducting regular examination said there is calcification and I might need to be delivered in a week because of that. Is grade 3 placenta so problematic as to have such quick delivery? Pls guide..

A. needs asessment. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment

A. Yes They would be both the reasons first of all your placenta is low-lying great three as your doctor is saying also the other thing is that you are having a very less AFI according to the time it should be somewhere around 9+ as of knot with bullet to like full term delivery so you go ahead with what your doctor is advising as she is advising you for actually looking at the reports
