All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination.
Pulse polio immunization programme is  provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule  then also you should give this vaeccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional fvaccine.
For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .
