#AskTheExpert im a 2nd time mom to a 20 day old baby girl and i've tested positive for covid what should i include in my diet to stay healthy as i dnt feel hungry at all and keep my daughter healthy as well

A. hello Dear mum you are advised to have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet do not stay empty stomach for long have turmeric and lemon water once the day also include seasonal veges and fruits In the diet ...take tulsi water and steam and wash your hands regularly
