#asktheexpert If the baby(12 days old) is breastfeeding,how will I understand that her tummy is filling,as it takes more than 30 minutes to feed her directly.

A. hi mom baby will grow about half a kg each month if baby is not feeling full she will be cranky and crying mother should eat good proteins for better quality of milk

A. Yes,her urination is more than 6-7 times a day.. Thank You for your response.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. If the baby is parting urine at least 8 to 10 times in a day, then it means that the baby is getting enough breast milk. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
