#asktheexpert if mother eating anything than its possible breast milk pe effective hota hai agar newborn babies breastfeeding pe hai to unke upar bi effect hota hai?

A. hi. ji ha ,ma ke aahar vichar dono ka breastmilk pe asar krta he to please aap apne khane me , healthy food hi le, ghar ka bna taja aahar hi le
