POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First of all, it is not recommended to consume very hard drinks while you are breastfeeding as it will directly affect the baby. If you need to take, it should be restricted to 1 mild drink or 240 ml per day only. You must wait for atleast 2 hours before breastfeeding again. Or else, you can also pump the milk before consuming, to avoid any problems in feeding or waiting for too long.
