#AskTheExpert Ian having blood in my stool and not able to sit after bowel movement post 1 month of my normal delivery.

A. well this is common after s delivery. cut on the ghee and fats in diet and taje mits of fruits and vegetables. tsje lots pf water abd see a surgeon ok
