#AskTheExpert I want to start formula milk for my daughter. she is not taking Aptamil and Lactogen. Please suggest some other formula milk. She is also not taking bottle as I gave her exclusive breastfeed for 3 months. I have to join back office now and worried how will I feed her after 2 months so want to start bottle but she is not taking that. Please share tips to introduce bottlefeed effectively.

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi please give exclusive breastfeeding for your baby till 6 months you can Express your milk and keep it in fridge and someone can give it through katori and spoon avoid formula milk
