ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. grade 3 Placenta if present after 32 weeks it is totally normal and nothing to worry about
but if it is present before 26 weeks then you should consult with your doctor once for propel examination
