#AskTheExpert I want to increase my son's weight He is 2 years and 1 month old...his weight is 11.9 kg Specifically what food should I give him..we are vegetarian

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight.
usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of 12 months
and ideally ,2 year old child should have weight between 9 to 14 kg
so don't worry your child weighs normal
please don't take much stress for his or her weight.
because it is not only parameter to judge your child health.
for a child it is more important to stay healthy and active then any other things so please focus on healthy development of your child.
