Q.

#AskTheExpert I take insulin but my diabetes is still not controlled. After food, its sometimes 160+ . how does it affect. and my food is also limited to home cook in limited quantity

A. hi if you are non pregnant then 160 is still ok but during pregnancy this sugar will effect baby would advise you to consult a qualified dietitian it's not about eating less but eating right
