Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom...keep wiping his mouth..these boils can be due to saliva on face..use Babyhug wipes to clean the face. .maintain necessary hygiene . if need arise please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis happy parenting
