#AskTheExpert i m mother of 5 year old girl .. mam i have irregular periods and before 10-12 days i have cravings for some special things .. sometimes heavily bleeding and sometimes for only 2 days .. before my periods i feel so frustrated and mam negative thoughts comes in my mind heart palpitations at night mostly ...what to do

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. as now your baby is 5 years old still you have problemmenstrual problem are due to hormonal irregularity and needs to be assesed in detail with tests if needed . So need to visit a gynac for a proper check up and treatment
