#asktheexpert I'm mother 11 months old baby.. I'm giving curd to my baby daily..is it good to give curd regularly. Bcz he won't eat anything without mixing with curd. may I know Is there any limit to give curd to babies.

A. Hello dear parent! Curd can be given just limit it to maximum a small portion per day. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
