If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well

if it only happens after giving this particular food ,stop giving it .
instead of it ,give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk , banana etc more
give food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum etc to your child
give massage to your child everyday which help to regularise bowlmovements.
