#AskTheExpert I'm 51 femalr. I had my heavy flow periods 10 days aftr 5 6 months and lasted fr 4 5 days . im having abdominal even though I'm.not hvng my periods. due to pandemic scared to meet Dr personally. plz help.

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. if you have completed 50 years.. can be due to menopause or sometimes fibroids Uterus
