#AskTheExpert i have strong mood swings and negative thoughts all the day .. unable to concentrate on anything ..will it affect the breast milk?

Sleep or rest when your baby sleeps.
Take healthy diet, read good books or engage in your favorite hobbies.
take help of ur family members or friend.

take Healthy and nutritious diet
keep your self well hydrated
spend quality time with your family
cultivate your hobbies like listening music, reading books etc
