ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Dandruff is a fungal infection. So if it has suddenly become more then you need to consult a dermatologist so that they will give you a treatment accordingly. Avoid using oil on the scalp because it will increase the fungal infection
