#AskTheExpert I have noticed a tiny white lump in my left nipple since the last few days which pains when I feed my baby. Please let me know if it is of any concern or any remedies for it. Thanks in advance.

A. you are not having sore nipples you should have to feed properly with proper latching technique and meanwhile used in nipple Shields and apply nipple care cream from Himalaya when you are not breast feeding your baby
