#asktheexpert i have negligible milk supply after 2 month of delivery and initially my baby was not latching he's started to latch how can i increase my milk supply after, my baby is 2 month 5 days old

A. Fenugreek capsules you can have their actually good you can take them twice in a day after breakfast and after after dinner that should be helpful you can take it with a warm milk or water whatever is more comfortable for you to take
