take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist which is very important as a breastfeeding mom. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Expose your self to sunlight for about half an hour in a day. Start walking to keep yourself fit.
Apply oil to hair and gently give a massage and leave it for half an hour and take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water. Repeat this once or twice in a week.Write Your Answer Here
