Q.

#asktheexpert I have introduced solids to my baby like apple, carrot, Beetroot, potato. The cooking method is steamed and grinded given her the puree. My query is whether my cooking method is correct or not .If I just steam and mash the vegetables or fruit she was not able to swallow. My self from south India what are the other foods can be given to baby. I am totally confused 1.which food to be given ? 2.whether my cooking method is correct or not? and also 3.potato cooking method for baby is to boil or steam?
