#AskTheExpert I have completed 38 weeks of pregnancy what symptoms I may feel for normal delivery and from when these symptoms trigger

A. When you have abdomen pain along with hardening of stomach and simultaneously back pain and vaginal pain - that is the indication that your labor pain has been started. And you should visit to your doctor do squats after 38 weeks complete
