#asktheexpert i have a ball-like lump in left nipple due to missed feed. Its hard to press and moveable painless cyst.No skin color changes or discharge on nipple. Please suggest some remedies to dissolve it

A. hello mom these types of triggers happen normally sometimes due to the deposit milk or fat under the skin and as u r explaining it it seems normal still u can once get it checked from the doctor at home just keep on doing massage with finger tips
