Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi usually it is normal for breastfed babies to pass stool upto 10 times in a day and in watery or runny consistency. but if child is not gaining enough weight because of it , feeling exhausted , having low apetite , irritability, frequent stomach pain etc along with it then you should consult your pediatrician.
