#AskTheExpert I had normal delivery on 24th of this month..now i m having pain in my episotomy stiches..not able to even sit properly.. in how many days does the stiches heal ? I'm doing sitz bath... what else can I do so that healing become fast. thank you

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. don't sit. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
