#AskTheExpert I had c section 14 months back. still having back pain joint pain. taking calcium vit d3 n multivitamin everyday. having low pressure 58/90. feeling very weak. plz suggest any remedy and medicine. I have to take care of my 1 yr old girl.

Include all food groups in your diet. It is advisable to consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Rest well and take a good care of yourself. Good luck.
