#AskTheExpert I got delivered on 17th may, can I start doing kegal exercises now???

A. yes you can start it.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. If You had a normal delivery then you can start Exercise from the day one itself as and when you deliver and if you had a C-section then yes after one month you can start with normal Keagle exercises and if you any doubt relating to wait you can always consult your Yoga
