#asktheexpert I gain a lot of weight. how I loose weight . what I eat so my Wight not increase

A. Hi Losing weight can require lot of patience & consistent efforts you can 1 include foods like Sprouts boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables salads, skim milk, low fat paneer Dal's Daily 2. Avoid fried , sugary, junk, bakery foods 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
