#AskTheExpert I delivered in October via c section and in December I got my periods. I am breastfeeding. Does periods resuming again mean reducing milk supply? I also had spots after 40 days on and off for two weeks.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom that's quite normal and its absolutely fine , so not to worry , keep a track on your periods dates , their is high possibility on days of the cycle could differ.
