#AskTheExpert I can't breast feed my child... so i am giving formula milk what is the difference an where n how can i improve

Breast milk is fine alway better than formulated milk... But in case u are not getting sufficient breast milk then u can give formula milk to ur baby. There is no problem in that.
U can have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
