Q.

#AskTheExpert I am turning 37 and mother of three kids. I am having IBS. what's the recommended form of contraception as I don't intend to do operation.. or is there any other permanent option

A. thank you for reaching this question I will suggest that you can go for copper t and birth control pill however make sure you speak to your gynecologist who can recommend based on your overall health as to which option will suit you the best
