#AskTheExpert I am thyphoid. My daughter is 5 months old. She is on brest feed. Are there any chance that she would get affected?

A. we cannot say the baby will be affected or not but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't breast feed.continue feeding and also if you are taking any medications make sure that you inform your doctor that you are breast-feeding because some may not be suitable while you are breastfeeding

A. Hi mommy Wash hands often before touching your baby Give feeding one hour after taking medicine Give adequate feeding Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
