#AskTheExpert I am suffering with severe back pain & shoulder pain. I didnot consume any medicine,but jst applying balm sometimes. It is not helping though. Plz suggest something which will ease my pain. Jazakallah

If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercisejos to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
