Yes! You can go for vaccination while still doing breastfeeding. There is no correlation between both of them.
Please have kadha at home one time for good immunity. Have good sleep and also Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
