#asktheexpert I am not able to feed my child due no proper nipples and milk is getting thicker in breast. i massage the chest no proper flow of milk and not even able to pump the milk also.

Author of questionMom of a 10 m old child11 months agoA. hot compress also give you limit to milk. there is no proper flow. can you suggest how can I erect nipples.

Other than massaging you should go for hot compress as well that really helps a lot and also you should consult a lactation specialist maybe I can tell you any other way also so that your milk would be easy flowing for the child and you can express that also with a breast pump
