follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
Avoid stress and take adequate sleep..

here i Suggest you some homemade remedies,hope it help:
Apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
or you can prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water,it will definitely help.
