A. Hello You can lose weight by controlling the calorie intake. & with exercise Try to avoid foods like sugar, junk foods, sweets, bakery products, chips, chocolates Try to take more of Dal's, Vegetables, fruits, curd, nuts, egg white, skim milk, low fat paneer.

A. please maintain a schedule for yourself which need to be follow strictly, do a walk for 30 minutes daily follow by some yoga poses like suryanamaskar or light exercises and avoid fast junk oily foods.
