U You take calcium and iron supplement also consult a nutritionist on a rich diet plan which contains good amount of iron and calcium for your daily diet and if you are extremely gaining weight then 1st to get a thyroid test done and if it is negative then consult a doctor start following a diet and healthy regime with exercising involved in it
