#AskTheExpert I am feeling sharp pain while feeding my kids...he is 4.5 month old and i am facing this issue frm last 1 mnth

A. hi it happens because of sore or cracked nipples, incorrect latching, or Infection so please try different feeding positions. check your nipples and if it is sore and having cracks there , apply nipcare cream or freshly expressed cream there. but always Rinse the cream well before you start feeding. you may use any good brand nipple shield like Babyhug nipple shield for time being which makes easy to feed your child. and after this,if condition remain same , please visit your gynecologist.
