#asktheexpert I am facing severe hair fall. please guide what should I eat to control the same or what should I do to increase my hair growth. I don't have thyroid but my hemoglobin is little less from normal. please guide.

A. uyhg c hair loss is very common during pregnancy and while breastfeeding also because of hormonal changes it will take quite some time for getting back the hair better to take supplements of iron calcium

A. So when Iron is not proper sometimes you can severe hair fall can be seen so you start with iron and omega-3 supplements start including more of pomegranate and beetroot into your everyday diet and still if it is needed please consult a dermatologist as well
