#AskTheExpert i am a breastfeeding mother of a 10 days old baby. she is having mild jaundice. her pediatricians says she doesn't require phototherapy and will get better. kindly suggest which food will be beneficial for her to get over her jaundice soon or is there any food item that i should avoid?
