#asktheexpert I am 7 month pregnant and facing ligament pain having a history of ligament tear 4 years back what to do as I am not able to walk either

First of all take test avoid long standing hours and start doing ice pack yo reduce swelling and pain abd apply volini gel on the area and crepe bandage can be folded to give support to the ankle at night keep your foot elevated by placing a pillow beneath it

Kindly consult your doctor if any kind of a supplement would be required to be given and any kind of painkiller that you can take as of now probably that could be the be beneficial because the doctor can only advising gynaecologist can only give you correct help and medication on that
