#asktheexpert I am 4 months pregnant.... Mujhe har ek din baad bloating ho jaati hai tummy me jiski wajah se kucch bhi kha pana mushkil hota hai time se ... bahot uncomfortable kar deta hai poora din.... kya Karun main ?

A. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking have less qty of food but more frequently.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
