A. Dear ma’am, avoid frequent consumption of millets, flaxseeds. Avoid green tea, restaurant foods like gobi manchurian, fried rice or any food which has soy sauce, aginimoto etc which can disturb the hormone. Also make sure you get enough good sleep. Stress and lack of sleep also affects the thyroid hormones. Take soaked dhania water - 1 glass every morning on empty stomach for improved thyroid metabolism and focus on exercise. Easiest would be brisk walking for 30-45 minutes every day.

A. hi mom try to have good proteins vegetables and fruits avoid packaged foods and limit weight gaining foods limit cabbage, cauliflower have porperly processed soya or else avoid
