Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is advised not to give any such thing Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Nahi It has got nothing to do with the kismis that you are giving to the child so don’t get confused with a cold and cough has got no concern with it and also all the dry fruits are recommended to be given to the child after the age of seven months itself
