you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on, gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth

it is very helpful
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
