Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times it is pain in the stomach due to gas the reason for crying This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
