Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. no treatment is required because the body will heal the problem and gradually it will go away but will take around 1 to 2 months to totally go away and you have to just apply coconut oil and nothing else

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is having insect bites reddishness apply virgin coconut oil thin layer on rash area thrice a day and leave normally, avoid applying around eye area. Coconut oil absorbs easily to skin and rashes disappear.
